It's not completely game-breaking, but it is a pretty big hassle and I'm worried about how to complete the Mages Guild when you have to meet the Count of Skingrad outside the city.
I'm at a total loss as to what to do to fix it. It was crashing before installing Unique Landscapes and continues to crash after installing Unique Landscapes and the patches. The only thing that stops this crash is disabling Better Cities. Oblivion will always crash every time I enter the cell just outside Skingrad, the Skingrad Outskirts. I'm having some issues with Better Cities and Skingrad.
